Halloween is over, so the holiday shopping season must have started. Makers markets and other events are coming to the craft scene, along with the usual slate of festivals, anniversaries, openings and more.

Lee Spirits at the 2022 Chili, Booze & Brews Festival
Colorado craft breweries, small-batch distillers and restaurants will compete in a food and beverage competition at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Highlands Masonic Temple in north Denver. The Chili, Booze & Brews festival includes unlimited samples, and benefits kids with cancer. Tickets cost $60, and VIP early entry is available.
A new brewery opens this week on South Broadway in Denver. The sustainability-focused brewery launches with live music and food at noon Friday, Nov. 10.
Timnath Beerwerks celebrates its 5-year anniversary through Saturday, Nov. 11, with beer specials, new beer releases, live music and food trucks.
Locavore Beer Works in Littleton celebrates its anniversary on Saturday, Nov. 11, with live music from Shelvis & the Roustabouts and Trick Pickle. The brewery will also release four versions of its Black Pearl barrel-aged imperial porter.
Outer Range Brewing in Frisco hosts its annual Snow Stoke Party from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, to celebrate the start of the ski season. The free event includes prize bingo, ski gear pop-ups, ski tuning, dance party and more.
Sanitas Brewing in Boulder hosts its third annual ski swap. Attendees can sell or trade gently used ski gear, or shop local ski brands. Reps from Zeal, MooseJaw, Last Chair Customs, DCURVE, Ikon, West + Main, Butt-n-Ski, Womp Co. and Crystal Ski Shop will be on hand. The event also includes live music and, of course, beer.
Antelope Ridge Mead in Colorado Springs hosts a fall festival from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, with new meads, free snacks, vendors and Chuckwagon BBQ.
Mash Lab Brewing in Windsor will pour beers and host 20 local vendors for its Presents & Pints event from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11. Register here for free entry in a giveaway.
Syndicate Brewing Co. in Silverthorne hosts a lost pet rescue fundraiser from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, and will donate $1 from every beer purchased to The Summit Lost Pet Rescue. Buffalo Mountain Animal Hospital, Sauce on the Blue, and US Bank also will team up to match the donation. There will also be a silent auction, event t-shirts for purchase and a raffle to have your pet painted on the dog wall at Syndicate. ($40 per ticket, and two pets will be chosen). Or donate a $500 donation to guarantee your pet is painted.
Living the Dream Brewing in Littleton hosts an all-women’s pinball tournament at noon Saturday, Nov. 11. Entry costs $10. The brewery also hosts an open pinball tournament every first Thursday of the month.
Fort Collins will showcase its breweries, distilleries and eateries from 6 to 8 p.m. next Wednesday, Nov. 15, at Opera Galleria. NoCo Brews & Bites includes snacks from eight local restaurants and unlimited pours from Coppermuse Distillery, Grüvi, Horse & Dragon Brewing, Odell Brewing, The Post Chicken & Beer, and Wiley Roots Brewing. The event raises money for CSU hospitality scholarships and ProStart programs, which provide scholarships and hospitality education in high schools.
